As with all Arizona Trail Running Events, the following discount codes are available for all distances of the Oracle Rumble:
- Arizona Trail Association Members – 10%
- Youth age 18 and under – 10%
- Active Duty Military – 10%
- Native Americans – 50%
Unless otherwise stated, we will provide a 75% credit on Ultrasignup towards the next year’s AZT Oracle Rumble event if notified in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days prior to the event. At the race director’s discretion, within 30 days up to 72 hours of the event, a 50% credit may be provided in case of injury (with doctor’s note) or family emergency (with appropriate documentation). Credits will be good for one year from date of issuance. No cash refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstance. No credit will be issued within 72 hours of the event or after the event. Race shirts and packets may only be picked up in person at packet pickup or on race day, we won’t mail out shirts to participants that don’t attend the event.
No selling of entries is permitted. No refunds or credits will be provided for dropping down in race distance.
We understand that problems can come up at the last minute that can prevent a runner from making it to the start line. However, most costs are incurred early in the planning process and this policy represents our best effort at ensuring we can provide a high quality, affordable event.
